International Business Development Manager

As our ambassador to Western and international markets, you will lead strategy and execution to acquire and nurture global clients. You’ll represent Reach Skyline, pitch digital marketing services, and build partnerships rooted in cultural awareness and commercial savvy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Target New Markets: Identify, research, and qualify Western clientele and partnerships in regions such as North America, Europe, UK, and Australia.
• Strategic Outreach: Develop tailored pitches, proposals, and campaigns that resonate with Western business norms and consumer expectations.
• Relationship Building & Negotiation: Forge and maintain long-term relationships with international clients, negotiate contracts, close deals.
• Market & Competitor Research: Monitor trends, conduct benchmarking, and identify growth opportunities.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams—marketing, content, design, and performance—to create compelling client solutions.
• Event Representation: Attend virtual and physical global industry events, conferences, and webinars to expand network and brand presence.
• Pipeline & Reporting: Track sales metrics, report performance, and refine strategies to improve close rates and efficiency.
• Client Onboarding: Ensure seamless transition from lead to delivery; maintain strong post-sale support.

Required Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of demonstrated experience in international business development, B2B sales, or client relations.
• Proven track record engaging Western clients or entering Western markets.
• Exceptional English (written & verbal) with persuasive presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong cultural intelligence and command of Western business etiquette.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
• Analytical mindset with experience in pipeline and market data analysis.
• Adaptable, agile communicator comfortable with multicultural environments.
