Reach Skyline is seeking a strategic, creative, and growth-oriented Brand Manager to drive brand excellence across multiple client verticals, with a strong focus on Western markets. As a Brand Manager, you will lead the development of compelling brand narratives, maintain consistent brand experiences, and ensure our global clients—especially from North America, the UK, and Australia—receive culturally relevant, high-performing brand strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Developing Brand Strategy
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth research into target audiences, market dynamics, and competitor landscapes—especially within Western geographies.
- Brand Positioning: Define distinct positioning for each brand tailored to cultural nuances and regional expectations.
- Brand Messaging: Create consistent, audience-resonant messaging that aligns with Western consumer psychology and values.
- Visual Identity: Guide visual brand assets to ensure they meet international standards of design and emotional impact.
2. Managing Marketing Activities
- Campaign Development: Plan, launch, and measure multi-channel brand campaigns that align with the communication preferences of Western audiences.
- Budget Management: Own the brand budget and deliver results within defined cost structures.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with internal teams and external stakeholders to align marketing, sales, and product strategies.
3. Protecting Brand Reputation
- Monitoring & Sentiment Analysis: Monitor global brand mentions and digital sentiment, especially across Western media and social platforms.
- Crisis Management: Handle reputation risks with speed, clarity, and strategic tone suited for international markets.
4. Measuring Brand Performance
- KPI Tracking: Track metrics such as brand awareness, engagement, and sentiment across Western markets.
- Data-Driven Optimisation: Use performance insights to refine and iterate brand strategies for better traction.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in branding, marketing, or advertising
- Proven expertise in brand storytelling, positioning, and integrated campaign strategy
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of global English
- Deep understanding of Western culture, consumer behaviour, and digital platforms
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple high-velocity projects
- Proficiency in social media strategy, content workflows, and brand analytics tools
